摘要
医院作为社会保障体系之中的重要部分,服务于广大民众,为社会提供医护服务的同时承担科研教学任务,所以确保医院安全至关重要。但大型医院人口流动量大,人员密集,普遍存在多种治安问题。维护医院的治安安全,无论对于医院的患者,还是对于医院自身发展,均意义重大。通过分析大型医院当前存在的治安问题,提出相应解决问题的方法,比如加强技防建设、规整医院内摄像录像设施设备、发挥医警联动和驻医院警务室的功能、加强安保人员的自身建设等。通过回顾分析,梳理出综合的、完整的方案以解决现有的医院治安问题,从而提升患者的就医体验及促进医院的良性发展。
As an important part of social support system,hospitals serve the community,provide medical services to the society and undertake scientific research and teaching tasks at the same time,so it is very important to guarantee the security of the hospital. The big population flow and crowdedess of patients in big hospitals bring about varied security problems. Maintaining the security of the hospital is of great significance to the general patients of the hospital and the development of the hospital itself. In this paper,by analyzing the security problems of the large hospitals now,a series of the ways to solve the problem were put forward,such as strengthening the technical scurity putting in order the camera and video recording equipment in hospitals,making full use of doctor-police alliance and hospital-stationed police,and strengthening the construction of security personnel＇s ability to solve the problem of hospital safety improve patients＇ treatment experience and promate the positive development of the hospital.
