护士培训中PBL联合CBL教学 被引量:13

Integration of Problem-based Learning and Case-based Learning in Nurse Training of Urological Clinical Trials

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在临床药物试验研究护士培训中的应用效果。方法将2017年1—10月,在长海医院泌尿外科GCP平台进行专科培训的59名研究护士,随机分为对照组29名和试验组30名,对照组采用传统的教学方法进行教学,试验组采用PBL联合CBL双轨式教学方法;培训结束时采用理论考核、问卷调查及满意度测评方法,调查两种教学方法的教学效果。结果试验组研究护士的理论考核成绩优于对照组研究护士理论考核成绩(P<0.05);试验组研究护士的问卷调查和教学满意度评分较高,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL联合CBL双轨式教学模式,可以提高研究护士在学习过程中的学习兴趣和自我学习的能力,也提升研究护士的临床思维能力和综合素质,增加教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning( PBL) combined with case-based learning( CBL) methods in nurse training of clinical drug trials. Methods From January 2017 to October2017,a total of 59 nurses who specialized in urology GCP platform were randomly divided into control group( n =29) and test group( n = 30). Traditional teaching methods were applied in control group,while problem-based learning( PBL) combined with case-based learning( CBL) teaching methods were applied in the test group. Theoretical evaluation,questionnaire and satisfaction evaluation survey were conducted to evaluate the effect of these two groups. Results Theoretical assessment results in the test group were better than those of the control group( P 〈0. 05). And questionnaire and teaching satisfaction scores were higher in the test group,compared to the control group. Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can improve the learning interest and self-learning ability of nurses in learning process,improve the clinical thinking and comprehensive quality of nurses,and also increase the teaching satisfaction.
