灯具用脱醇型RTV-1有机硅密封胶的研制 被引量:3

摘要 以α,!-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为基胶,甲基三甲氧基硅烷为交联剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,功能基聚三甲氧基硅烷(JT 501)为除水剂,功能基二甲氧基硅烷(JT 910)为封端剂,首先采用JT 910对107硅橡胶进行常温封端,然后制成脱醇型灯具用RTV-1有机硅密封胶。考察了JT 501用量、基料与JT 910预混时间、JT 910用量、甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,当107硅橡胶基料为100份,JT 501为0.5份,封端剂JT 910为4份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷为2份,二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂为0.1份时制得的密封胶物理性能优良,硫化速度比传统醇型胶快,对灯具上常见型材都能做到良好粘接,经过100℃×48 h加速老化后,各项性能保持良好,贮存期久。该法操作工艺简单,制备过程无黏度高峰。 The 107 silicone rubber was blocked by JT 910 blocking agent at normal temperature at first,and then the auxiliary agent was added to make the dealcoholizing RTV-1 silicone rubber for light fixture.When the base material is 100 phr,the water removing agent JT 501 is 0. 5 phr,the blocking agent JT 910 is4 phr,the methyltrimethoxysilane is 2 phr,and the dibutyltin dilaurate( as catalyst) is 0. 1 phr,the RTV-1 silicone rubber has excellent performance,with faster vulcanization speed compared with that by the traditional way,and it can be well bonded on the common profiles of the light fixture. After accelerated aging for100℃ × 48 h,the property of the rubber keeps stable,showing its long shelf life. The operation process is simple,and there is no peak of viscosity in the preparation.
