摘要
目的:评估在五官科优质护理服务中予以流程化沟通方式的应用效果。方法:研究选取的实验样本为某院五官科收治的1033例患者,以2016年1月~2016年12月为实验样本选取的时间段,采用随机数字法对样本进行分组,518例予以流程化沟通方式的患者确定为实验组,而515例予以常规沟通方式的患者确定为对照组,对两组患者护理效果进行评估和比较。结果:不同沟通方式护理后,相比对于对照组护理纠纷发生率12.82%、护理满意度87.96%,实验组患者护理纠纷发生率1.54%、护理满意度98.26%,护理纠纷发生率得以明显下降,患者护理满意度得以明显提升,两组两项指标比对差异均P<0.05,统计学形成意义。结论:在五官科优质护理中予以流程化沟通方式获得了满意的护理效果,可将护理纠纷得以减少,促进患者护理满意度的提升,在临床护理中值得推广和应用。
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of flow communication mode in quality nursing service of otolaryngology department.Methods:1033 cases of patients treated in the otolaryngology department of a hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected in this study.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method.518 cases in the experimental group were given flow communication mode,while the other 515 cases in the control group were treated with conventional ways of communication,then the nursing effects of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:After nursing with different modes of communication,the incidence of nursing disputes in the control group was 12.82%,the degree of nursing satisfaction was 87.96%,the incidence of nursing disputes in the experimental group was 1.54%,the degree of nursing satisfaction was 98.26%,the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly decreased,and the patients' satisfaction with nursing was obviously improved,with statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The flow communication in the quality nursing care of ENT has achieved satisfactory nursing effect,which can reduce nursing disputes and promote the improvement of patients' nursing satisfaction,and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
