摘要
本文设计并实现了一种基于PIC16F877A单片机的电动滑板控制器。从控制电路、软件开发两个方面阐述了系统的原理、结构和实现。在控制系统的硬件设计上,采用48V/250W电机及其驱动,配合压力传感器、姿态传感器等模块,实现了对电动滑板的平稳启动、加减速、爬坡、失控等方面的控制。同时,该设计增加了安卓控制软件,利用蓝牙通信使得控制更便捷、灵活,精确。实际使用测试表明,此滑板车的运行稳定且控制准确,其启动、调速等性能相对普通滑板都有较大幅度的提升。
This paper designed and realized a kind of electric scooter' controller based on PIC16F877A microcontroller. In terms of control circuits and software development, this paper explained the principle, structure and realization of the system. In the aspect of the hardware design of control system, 48V/250W motor and its drive, with pressure sensor, attitude sensor and other modules, were used to realize the control of smooth start, ac- celeration, deceleration, climbing, out of control and so on. At the same time, this design added a kind of Android control software, making the control more convenient, flexible and accurate through the Bluetooth communication. According to the practical test, it found that this electric scooter ran stably with accurate control, and its start-up, speed control and other performances had greatly improvement, compared to the ordinary skate- boards.
