多模态MRI技术在胎盘植入中的应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨多模态MRI对胎盘植入的诊断价值。方法 :收集经手术或病理证实的胎盘植入46例为实验组,18例无植入为对照组,采用多模态MRI扫描技术,比较2组的影像征象差异。结果:MRI诊断胎盘植入的敏感度和特异度分别为91.3%和83.8%。多模态MRI显示,实验组表现为胎盘T_2低信号影、胎盘与子宫肌层分界消失、胎盘信号不均匀和子宫局部膨隆。其中胎盘T_2低信号影、子宫局部膨隆2种征象在2组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:多模态MRI技术能为胎盘植入提供诊断特异性图像。 Objective:To explore the application of multi-parametric MRI in diagnosis of placenta implantation. Methods:46 cases with placenta implantation diagnosed by surgery or pathology(trail group,TG) and 18 normal cases(contrast group,CG)were collected. Multi-parametric MRI techniques were undergone. MRI features were compared between the 2 groups and with pathology results. Results:The sensitivity,specificity of MRI in diagnosis of placenta implantation was 91.3%,83.8% respectively.Multi-parametric MRI of TG demonstrated features including placenta low signal in T2 WI,focal interruption of the myometrium,heterogeneous signal in placenta and focal bulging of uterus. There were significant differences of placenta low signal in T2 WI and focal bulging of uterus between 2 groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Multi-parametric MRI provides identified images in diagnosis of placenta implantation.
