摘要
汽车电子产品对整车性能和技术作用巨大,汽车电子的工程人才需求,但是汽车电子工程创新型人才却十分匮乏。本文结合成都市政府大力发展汽车工业的契机,立足成都大学实际,提出了一种针对地方本科院校汽车电子工程创新性人才培养的新模式,并分析了该模式在创新性人才培方面的优势和特点。结果说明该模式在汽车电子工程创新性人才培养方面具有先进性。
Automotive electronics have a huge impact on vehicleperformance and technology, so automotive electronics engineeringtalents are in demand, but automotive electronics engineeringinnovation talents are scarce. Based on the opportunity of theChengdu government to develop the automobile industry, this paperputs forward a new model for the innovation of automotiveelectronics engineering in local undergraduate universities basedon the reality of Chengdu University, and analyzes the advantagesand characteristics of this model in innovative talent training. Theresults show that this model is advanced in the cultivation of innovativetalents in automotive electronics engineering.
