摘要 基于Mooney-Rivlin模型和Yeoh模型两种橡胶材料本构模型建立了弹性车轮有限元模型,对弹性车轮的刚度特性进行计算,并将计算结果与实测值进行对比分析。根据分析可知,采用Mooney-Rivlin模型时弹性车轮刚度的计算值与实测值误差较大,而能够模拟橡胶大变形特性的Yeoh模型则可以比较准确的反映弹性车轮的刚度特性,可用于弹性车轮的有限元分析。 The finite element models of rubber resilient wheel were established based on the Mooney-Rivlin model and Yeoh model of rubber material constitutive model, then the stiffness characteristics of the resilient wheel were calculated, and were compared with test results. The results show that the FEM model based on the Mooney-Rivlin constitute model has big erro, while Yeoh constitute model can provide more accurate calculate results of resilient wheel stiffness due to the reflection of rubber large deformation characteristics, and can be used for finite element analysis of resilient wheel.
