摘要
目的比较闭合复位弹性髓内钉和切开复位接骨板内固定治疗小儿股骨骨折的疗效。方法将我院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的50例小儿股骨骨折患儿纳入本研究,采取随机抽签的方式将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采取闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗,对照组采取切开复位接骨板内固定治疗,分析比较两组患儿的治疗效果、临床指标及并发症发生率。结果两组患儿治疗总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组手术时间和术后愈合时间更短,术中出血量更少,手术创口长度更短,并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位弹性髓内钉和切开复位接骨板内固定治疗小儿股骨骨折的疗效较为接近,但闭合复位弹性髓内钉的创伤更小、操作更简便、术后并发症发生率更低、康复速度更快,更适宜临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the curative effect of closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail and open reductionbone plate fixation in the treatment of pediatric femoral fractures. Methods Fifty cases of children with femoral fracturesadmitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study and divided into treatment group and controlgroup according to random lottery method, with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was given closed reduction elasticintramedullary nail, the control group was given open reduction of the bone plate internal fixation. The treatment effects,clinical indicators and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results There was nosignificant difference in total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P〉0.05). Compared with the control group, thesurgery time and postoperative healing time were shorter, intraoperative blood loss was less, length of surgical incision wasshorter, total incidence of complications was lower in the treatment group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Closed reduction elasticintramedullary nail and open reduction of the bone plate internal fixation in the treatment of pediatric femoral fractures hasclosely curative effects, but closed reduction elastic intramedullary nail is with less trauma, easier operation, lower incidenceof postoperative complications and faster recovery, and it is more suitable to clinical application.
