摘要
文章简要介绍了电渗析技术发展及在盐业生产中的应用,实现水盐联产的应用案例。电渗析是指在直流电场的作用下,使海水中氯离子、钠离子透过选择性离子交换膜而迁移并富集,浓缩后的浓盐水经MVR蒸发浓缩制取盐产品。该技术具有占地面积小、劳动生产率高的特点,对未来海盐生产提供了有益的借鉴。
A brief introduction of development and applications of electrodialysis (ED) technology, along with the coproduction industrial case of water and salt. ED is used to transport salt ions from one solution through ion-exchange membranes to another solution under the influence of an applied direct current electric field, in order to concentrate the chlorine and sodium ions of brine for salt manufacturing by mechanical vapor recompression. Characterized in small occupation area and high labor productivity, ED provides a useful reference for the future sea salt production.
