摘要
以中国鸭梨为试材,采用2%壳聚糖溶液、250μL/L的1-MCP、1.0 mmol/L的SA溶液浸泡处理的方法,研究试剂处理后的果实品质变化规律。试验结果表明:3种试剂均可延缓可溶性固形物含量、失重率、硬度、可滴定酸含量下降,2%壳聚糖溶液效果最好,1.0 mmol/L的SA溶液次之。
Taking Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd as test materials, fruit quality changes was studied with reagent treatments, using solution immersion treatment which was the concentration of 2% chitosan liquid, 250 μL/L1-MCP and 1.0 mmol/LSA. The results showed that the three reagents could delay soluble solids content, weight loss ratio, hardness and reduce titratable acid content. The effect of treatment with chitosan liquid was the best, 1.0 mmol/LSA was the second.
