摘要
目的探讨将绿茶提取物制成脂质体的制备工艺可行性,并进行质量控制。方法应用正交设计优选绿茶提取物脂质体处方,逆向蒸发法进行绿茶提取物脂质体的制备工艺的研究,以包封率为指标,通过L9(34)正交设计优选最佳制备工艺。结果最佳制备工艺,卵磷脂和胆固醇的比例为1∶1、绿茶提取物中茶多酚的浓度为10 mg/m L、磷酸盐缓冲液p H 7.0以及超声时间为15 min。结论逆向蒸发法制备的绿茶提取物脂质体乳膏方法简单可行、稳定、重复性强。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of preparing green tea extract liposomes and quality control. Methods Using orthogonal design to choose green tea extract prescription, by orthogonal design L9(3^4) was the best preparation of liposomes. Results Lecithin and cholesterol ratio is 1∶1, the concentration of polyphenols in green tea extract is 10 mg/mL, phosphate buffer pH 7. 0 and ultrasonic time was 15 min. Conclusion Green tea extract cream nanoliposomes was successfully prepared with simple, feasible, stable and repeatable.
