摘要
针对薄壁小件在水平黏土砂造型线工艺设计过程中遇到的浇注箱偏轻,工艺出品率不高,浇注过程中浇包内温度损失太快,型砂利用率偏低的问题,设计出中间用砂芯隔开,上下各一层铸件的双层铸造工艺;同时应用数值模拟软件对双层铸造工艺进行凝固模拟和充型模拟预测铸造缺陷,并优化铸造工艺后实际制作模具浇注铸件验证。通过使用数值模拟为铸件创新工艺提供可视化指导,降低铸件开发风险,缩短新产品开发周期,降低开发成本。
The thin-wall casting has low weight and low production yield in horizontal molding line,the temperature loss in pouring ladle is too fast during pouring and the utilization rate of molding sand is lower. A double-layer casting process with a sand core in the middle was designed. The numerical simulation software was used to simulate the solidification and mold filling of the double layer casting process to predict the casting defects. The casting process was optimized and verified through production. The numerical simulation software can provide visual guidance for the innovation process of castings,reduce the risk of the development of the castings,shorten the development cycle of the new product and reduce the cost of development.
