摘要
本文分析了"中国制造2025"背景下工程人才下人才需求特点.针对国内制造业人才培养现状,结合工业4.0下的国际人才战略,提出了面向中国制造的学院立方体工程人才的培养模式。重点阐述了学院立方体培养模式的内涵,重点以及路径。有机结合雇主、就业机构、大学、教师、学生、求职者六要素,实践、互动、自主三位一体,探索智能制造工程创新人才培养的培养路径、课程体系和评价指标。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of talent demand under the background of " made in China2025 ".Based on the situation of talents training in domestic manufacturing Industry and the international talent strategy of Industry 4.0, College cube model based cultivation model facing to the manufacture in China are proposed.The proposed model is the trinity of practice, interaction and Autonomy, which is an organic combination of six elements :employers, employment agencies, universities, teachers, students, job seekers.In addition, this work explore the training path, curriculum system and evaluation index of Creative talents in Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering.
