摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在ICU教学中的应用效果,评价其价值。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院ICU实习生60名作为研究对象,将其分为两组,其中传统教学查房组(对照组)与PBL教学查房组(观察组),每组各30名。统计并比较两组实习生ICU查房结果。结果观察组实习生自主学习能力、理论联系实际能力、文献检索能力、协同合作能力、课件制作能力、分析与处理问题能力以及交流能力均优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法应用于ICU教学中,能激发学生学习能动性,培养与锻炼他们分析与处理问题的综合能力,进而提升教学查房效果,为重症医学有效发展提供动力源泉。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in ICU teaching and evaluate its value. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 60 ICU interns in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. Among them, the traditional teaching ward round group (control group) and the PBL teaching ward round group (observation group), 30 ICU interns in each group. The results of the ICU rounds of two groups of interns were compared and compared. Results The independent learning ability of the interns, the ability to contact the practice, the ability to retrieve the literature, the ability to cooperate and cooperate, the ability of making courseware, the ability to analyze and deal with the problem and the ability of communication were all superior to those of the control group, and there was a signifcant difference between the groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method to the teaching of ICU can stimulate the students to learn the dynamic, train and exercise their comprehensive ability to analyze and deal with the problems, and then improve the effect of the teaching rounds, and provide the power source for the effective development of the critical medicine.
