摘要
目的探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)结合传统的教学方法在超声科临床带教中的应用。方法选取2013年4月—2018年4月在我院超声科实习的60名实习生作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30名。对照组采取传统教学方法进行临床带教,观察组采取PBL结合传统教学法进行临床带教。比较两组出科考试成绩及教学问卷调查结果。结果两组理论考核成绩相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在实践操作和阅片成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对PBL结合传统教学看法的调查表中各项内容认可度均在80%以上。结论 PBL结合传统的教学有助于提高超声科实习学生的考核成绩和学习质量,且教学效果好。
Objective To explore the application of problem-oriented teaching method (PBL) combined with traditional teaching methods in clinical teaching of ultrasound. Methods 60 interns from April 2013 to April 2018 in the department of ultrasound in our hospital were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 interns in each group. The control group took traditional teaching methods for clinical teaching. The observation group adopted PBL combined with the traditional teaching method to carry out clinical teaching. The scores of the two groups were compared and the results of teaching questionnaires were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two sets of theoretical examination results (P 〉 0.05). However, the scores in practice and reading were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). In the observation group, the recognition degree of the contents of the questionnaire of PBL combined with traditional teaching was over 80%. Conclusion The combination of PBL and traditional teaching helps to improve the examination results and learning quality of intern students in the department of ultrasound, and the teaching effect is good.
