Objective To explore the application effect of buttock midwifery during abnormal delivery. Methods 100 cases of abnormal delivery women admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were selected as research subjects. After being selected, the mothers were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group was given breech delivery and midwifery, and the control group was given cesarean section. After delivery, the delivery conditions of the two groups were compared, and the application value of breech midwifery was analyzed. Results Compared to the control group perinatal, the incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was higher and the mortality rate was higher, but there was no signifcant difference between the groups (P 〉 0.05). Compared with the control group, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were signifcantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to use breech midwifery in midwifery delivery. With the help of breech assisted midwifery, the incidence of perinatal mortality and adverse reactions will not increase, and there will be no need for surgery. The probability of negative emotion combined with postoperative recovery is faster and has higher clinical value.
