摘要
本文主要介绍在UG环境下构建夹具标准件库的方法.首先, 研究夹具参数表格的表达方式, 创建夹具标准件的参数表格; 然后, 研究UG软件三维造型的方法, 根据表格参数创建夹具标准件三维模型, 并放在相应目录中, 即构成标准件库; 最后, 在夹具设计时, 调用图库中的标准件, 直接放置到装配文件夹即可.
This paper mainly introduced the method of building fixture standard parts library under UC, environment. Firstly, the expression of fixture parameter form was studied, and the parameter form of fixture standard parts was ere- ated. Then, the method of 3D modeling of UG software was studied, and the 3D model of fixture standard parts was created according to the parameters of the table, and it was put in the corresponding directory, that is, the standard part library was formed. Finally, when the fixture was designed, the standard part in the drawing library was called and placed directly into the assembly folder.
