摘要
视频监控联网大数据分析是智能安防发展的重要方向, 城市摄像头的监控数据是公安部门和安防服务企业最为关注的信息.以监控联网视频数据为基础, 结合其中的图像、 声音、 动作等特征信息判别公共安全状态是本文的研究重点.通过探讨系统的总体架构, 分析重要子系统功能, 详细论述安防视频监控联网大数据分析处理系统的建设方案和工作原理, 挖掘系统中采用的关键技术, 并总结相关经验, 以期为当代智能安防的建设提供参考.
Big data analysis of security video monitoring network is an important direction for the development of in- telligent security. The monitoring data of the city camera is the most concerned information of the public security de- partment and the security service enterprise. Based on the monitoring of networked video data, combining the image, voice, motion and other characteristics of information to identify public safety status is the focus of this study. This pa- per mainly discussed the overall architecture of the system, analyzed the functions of the important subsystem, ex- pounded the construction scheme and working principle of the security video monitoring network large data analysis and processing system in detail, excavated the key technologies used in the system, and summarized the relevant ex- perience, in order to provide reference for the construction of eontemporary intelligent security defense.
