循证护理对胃癌根治术后化疗患者留置外周穿刺中心静脉置管管理的效果分析被引量：20

摘要胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率在逐年升高。胃癌根治术及术后辅助化疗是治疗进展期胃癌的主要方法。由于化疗周期时间长,需要长时间建立静脉通路。因此经外周穿刺中心静脉置管（PICC）逐渐应用到胃癌等恶性肿瘤的化疗输液中,它可将药物直接输注到血管流速快、血流量大的中心静脉,避免了患者因长期输液或输注高浓度、强刺激性药物带来的血管损害,减轻了因反复静脉穿刺给肿瘤患者带来的痛苦,保证了化疗的顺利进行[1]。
