摘要 目的探讨CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析20例乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床资料,均应用^(125)I放射性粒子植入术治疗,分析治疗效果,并比较治疗前后患者疼痛强度量表(NRS)、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分及癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA)153、CA125水平。结果 20例患者均顺利完成粒子植入治疗,总有效率为70.0%(14/20)。治疗后6个月,患者的NRS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),KPS评分较治疗前提高,血清CEA、CA153、CA125水平较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)。治疗期间未发生急性并发症以及与治疗相关的放射损伤。结论 CT引导下^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗乳腺癌骨转移患者疗效确切,安全性好。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT-guided iodine-125( 125 I) seed implantation on patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer,who received CT-guided 125 I seed implantation,were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment effect was analyzed,and the scores of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) and Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS),as well as the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA)153 and CA125,before and after treatment were compared. Results Twenty cases completed the seed implantation successfully,with the total effective rate of 70.0%(14/20).After 6 months of operation,the NRS score decreased compared to the score before treatment( P 〈0.05),the KPS score was significantly higher than that before treatment( P 〈0.05),and the levels of serum CEA,CA153 and CA125 were all lower than those before treatment(all P 〈0.05).No acute complications or treatment-related radiation injuries occurred during treatment. Conclusion CT-guided 125 I seed implantation has a definite efficacy and a favorable safety for patients with bone metastasis of breast cancer.
