摘要
介绍了智能变电站中采用点对点方式传输采样值的光纤差动保护的应用环境,提出了一种SV跟踪式的采样同步技术方案。该方案介绍了装置时钟在同步和失步情况下通道延时的计算方法,详述了SV和光纤数据报文的处理方式,提出了一种利用"时间补偿"实现两侧设备同步的方式。最后对这种同步方案的误差进行了理论分析和实际测试,结果表明该采样同步方案可不依赖同步时钟源,算法简单、同步精度高。
In this paper the application environment of optical fiber differential protection in smart substation is introduced,where the sample value transmission adopts the mode of point-to-point.A kind of synchronous sample synchronous sample scheme with SV tracking is proposed.In the scheme,an arithmetic method to calculate the time-delay during data transmission is presented.Particularly,the procedure handling SV packets and optical fiber data packets is elaborated.A method of using time compensation to realize synchronization of two devices is proposed.At the end of the article,the effect of the error deriving from the synchronization scheme is analyzed theoretically and tested practically.The results prove that the synchronous sample scheme does not depend on the synchronous clock and has the advantages of simple algorithm and high precision.
