摘要
整套启动是发电机并网和稳定运行的重要环节。燃气蒸汽联合循环分布式能源项目机组多,接线复杂,无备用变。结合临桂电厂第一套机组整套启动过程,对存在的问题进行分析并给出解决方案:优化短路点的设置,解决主变差动和汽机发电机差动无法校验的问题;优化试验顺序,解决汽轮发电机无法同期定相的问题,并缩短整套启动时间;对不同运行工况下的厂用电率进行分析,分析的结果对厂用电快切系统的运行提供指导;利用高盘负荷检查主变差动保护的可行性。这些问题的解决,缩短了启动时间,节省了燃料,值得同类型项目借鉴。
The complete set start-up plays a key role in generator synchronization and stable operation.Gas-steam combined cycle distributed energy project has such characteristics as many units,complex wiring mode and no standby transformer.Based on the start-up process of the first set of Lingui power plant,the existing problems are analyzed and the solutions are given.Optimizing the setting of the short-circuit point to solve the problems that the main transformer differential and turbine generator differential can′t be checked.Optimizing the test sequence to solve the problem of turbine generator synchronous phasing,and shortening the start-up time.The rate of power consumption under different operating conditions is analyzed,and the results provide guidance for the operation of rapid switching system.High speed barring-gear is used to check the feasibility of main transformer differential protection.Thus,the start-up time is shortened and the fuel is saved.This provides a reference for the similar projects.
