摘要
宝钢四冷轧连轧机的3#~5#机架采用进口的传动轴,由于传递扭矩大,十字万向轴经常出现疲劳失效。为降低成本且不影响生产节奏,宝钢新日铁汽车板有限公司对冷连轧机主传动轴进行国产化实践。本文分析了该进口传动轴的结构和失效情况,提出了两侧十字轴组件采用非等回转直径设计,即辊侧十字轴组件回转直径为400mm,减速机侧十字回转直径为430mm,使用有限元对传动轴主要部件叉头及十字轴弯曲强度、接触强度进行了校核,并对比进口和国产十字轴材料性能、热处理金相等差异,结果证明15CrNi4MoA是十字万向轴合适的材料,且国产传动轴整体满足使用要求。
Import universal joints were used at stand 3 ~ 5 in B4 T CDCM,the cross kit frequently occurred fatigue failure due to high transmission torque. In order to reduce the cost without influencing production processes,the localization of spindle using on tandem cold mill was researched and practiced in BNA Co.. This paper analyzed structure and failure of the import universal joint,and proposed the difference tactical diameter design for both side of the universal joint. That tactical diameter is 400 mm at mill side and that of gear box side is 430 mm. Checking bending strength and contacting strength for cross shaft and fork was realized by FEM,and the difference of materials and heat treatment metallography between the imported and local spindle was compared.The results showed that 15CrNi4MoA is the suitable material for cross kit,and local spindle overall satisfy the application conditions.
