摘要
采用水浴蒸干稀酸溶解法处理样品,建立以钪(Sc)、锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)元素标准溶液为内标,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定样品中6种重金属元素的方法。结果表明,Hg元素在0~10μg/L范围内、其他元素(Pb、Cu、Cd、Cr、As)在0~50μg/L范围内,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.999 6~0.999 9;检出限较低;相对标准偏差(RSD)均<4.0%;三个不同水平加标回收率为95%~104%。10种酒样中的6种金属含量均在允许范围内。该方法操作简便,能同时测定白酒中的多种金属元素,结果快速、准确,可用于白酒产品的质量控制和分析。
The samples were treated by water bath evaporator and dissolved by dilute acid, Sc, Ge, In and Bi elements were applied as internal standard, and the methods for simultaneously determining the contents of six kinds of heavy metal elements was established by ICP-MS. Results showed that the standard curve showed good linear range when element Hg was in the range of (0-10 μg/L), and other elements (Cr, Cu, As, Cd, Hg, Pb) were in the range of 0-50 μg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 6-0.999 9, the detection limit was low, and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.0%. The adding standard recoveries of three different concentrations were in the range of 95%-104%. The heavy metal elements contents in samples 1# to 10# were different but all in the permissible range. The method was simple to operate and can simultaneously determine multiple metal elements in Baijiu (Chinese liquor) with accurate results, and the method can be used for quality control and Baijiu products analysis.
