侧面碰撞头胸双气室气囊的设计与优化 被引量:2

摘要 为了减小乘员在侧面碰撞事故中的损伤,提高对侧面乘员的保护效果,运用MADYMO软件建立包含车体、假人、气囊等在内的某车型侧面碰撞的乘员约束系统PSM子结构模型,并对其进行验证。以已验证的汽车侧面碰撞模型为基础,建立一个装有头胸双气室气囊的侧面碰撞模型。通过模拟安全气囊在侧碰条件下的响应过程,利用正交试验对双气室气囊的气体发生器质量流率、气囊点火时间的参数进行优化设计。结果表明:在保证头部HIC值满足法规要求下,优化后综合伤害评估值WIC下降了10.32%,进一步提高了约束系统的安全性能。 In order to reduce the occupant in the side impact accident of injury and improve the protective effect on the side of the occupant,a PSM subsystem model of occupant restraint system is established and validated by the MADYMO software,including vehicle body,dummy,and airbag and so on. Using the model has been verified as the basis to establish a mounted side impact model of headthorax airbag that have double chamber. Through the simulation of airbag response process in side impact,the airbag design parameters about gas generator mass flow rate and airbag ignition time are analyzed and optimized by the orthogonal test. The result shows that under the condition that the HIC value meets the requirements of the regulation,and the value of the comprehensive injury assessment value WIC decreased by 11. 11%,which further improves the security performance of the system.
