摘要
水资源安全是中国新型城镇化进程的重要保障。基于DPSIR理论框架构建了新型城镇化进程中的水资源安全评价指标体系。利用熵权法对新型城镇化进程中我国2010—2015年30个省的水资源安全进行评价,讨论了东部、中部和西部水资源安全形势的差异。结果表明,东部水资源安全程度最高,中部水资源安全程度最低。最后,基于评价结果提出了水资源管理的建议,认为应该继续推进人口城镇化建设、促进产业结构的优化与升级、提高用水效率、提升废水处理技术水平。
Water resources security is an important guarantee in the process of China’s new urbanization. Based on the DPSIR theoretical framework, water resources security evaluation index system under the new urbanization is constructed. Referring to Chinese provincial data from 2010 to 2015 and using entropy method to evaluate the water resource security under new urbanization, this thesis discusses the differences in the eastern, central and western China on water security situation. Results show that the safest water resources are in the eastern, but in central China, level of water resources security is the lowest. At last, this thesis puts forward some suggestions of water resources management based on the evaluation results, and that should continue to advance population urbanization, promote optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, enhance the level of water usage technology, and prompt the level of wastewater treatment technology.
