摘要
首先,指出供给侧改革与创新创业的政策导向;其次,从供给侧改革的价值意义、应用型教育的内涵特征及其目标原则等方面阐述供给侧改革与创新创业的互动性;其三,从创新创业人才培养的供求双方分析供给侧改革与创新创业之间存在的问题;最后,从制度管理体系建设、协调发展体系、师资队伍建设、教学管理体制机制、服务指导与研究等方面阐述创新创业教育体系的实践路径,探索应用型本科院校供给侧改革的对策。
First, it points out the policy orientation of supply-side reform and innovation and entrepreneurship. Second, it outlines their interactivity in terms of value senses of supply-side reform, the connotation characteristics and the goal principle of applied education. Thirdly, it analyzes the existing problems between supply-side reform and innovation and entrepreneurship from the supply and demand of innovation and entrepreneurship training. Finally, the practical way of innovation and entrepreneurship education system is elaborated from system management construction, coordinated development system, faculty construction, teaching management system mechanism, service guidance and research, the measures of supply-side reform in applied universities.
