摘要
痤疮是较为常见的皮肤病,多发于面部,对外貌的影响比较大,对患者造成较大的心理压力,引起了各医家的广泛关注。李真教授对于痤疮的治疗有独特的见解,在遣方用药时注重继承与创新,善于临证化裁,运用半夏泻心汤治疗痤疮临床疗效确切,值得临床参考。
Acne is a relatively common skin disease. It is relatively frequent on the face and has a large impact on the external appearance. It causes greater psychological pressure on the patient and has aroused widespread concern among physicians. The author found that during his outpatient visit to Professor Li Zhen, he had unique insights on the treatment of acne. He paid attention to inheritance and innovation when he was on medication, was good at clinical identification, and used Banxia Xiexin Decoction to treat acne. The clinical effect is definite and is worthy of clinical reference.
