摘要
目的探索有效的医院集中采购质量管理方法。方法自2016年9月—2017年12月,将PDCA管理模式运用到医院集中采购质量管理中。应用计划-实施-检查-改进的程序,在组织层面进行建立与优化采购组织、制定与修订采购制度,在操作操作层面组织招标与集中采购等。结果应用PDCA进行质量管理,优化了集中采购程序,规范了采购行为,效果显著。采购任务完成率100.00%,节约采购成本12.11%,需求部门对采购产品质量、采购效率满意率99.88%。结论PDCA管理模式是医院集中采购质量管理有效方式。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effective method of central purchase quality management.Methods From September 2016 to December 2017,the PDCA management model was applied to the quality management of central purchase in this hospitals.Planning-implementation-inspection-improvement procedures was applied,establishment and optimization of procurement organizations at the organizational level,formulation and revision of procurement systems,and organization of tenders and centralized procurement at operational level.Results PDCA was used for quality management,centralized procurement procedures were optimized,procurement practices were standardized,and results were significant.The procurement task completion rate is 100.00%,the procurement cost is saved 12.11%,and the demand department has a satisfaction rate of 99.88% for the purchased product quality and purchasing efficiency.Conclusion The PDCA management model is an effective method for hospital centralized procurement quality management.
