在人们的日常饮食中,蔬菜是必不可少的食物。但是近几年来,毒豆芽、毒韭菜等蔬菜安全事件一件接着一件发生,蔬菜的安全问题已经受到社会各界人士的广泛关注。本文重点分析了新时期蔬菜的安全问题,以及提出了应对策略。
