摘要
掘进巷道过构造应力区时受构造应力影响,巷道出现顶板破碎、片帮等现象,不仅降低了掘进效率,而且加大了巷道维护难度,很容易发生重大煤矿安全事故。对此,阳煤集团兴峪煤矿在15201进风顺槽过构造应力区期间通过技术研究,对传统支护工艺进行优化设计,实践证明优化后的支护工艺确保了施工巷道安全顺利过构造应力区,取得了显著成效。
When the excavation crosses the tectonic stress zone, affected by tectonic stress, roof breakage, side wall breakage will arise, which not only reduces the roadway drivage construction effciency, enlarged the diffculty in roadway maintenance, but it is also easy to bring about major coal mine safety accidents. Therefore Xingyu Coal Mine, Yangquan Coal Group, made many researches when the wind channel of 15201 working face crossed the tectonic stress area, based on which, the researchers optimized the traditional supporting technology. Practice proves that the optimized support process ensures the construction roadway crosses the tectonic stress area smoothly, and has made remarkable achievements.
