摘要
加快新一代信息基础设施发展,对于我国建设网络强国,数字中国,智慧社会有着重要而且深远的意义。论文梳理归纳了新一代信息基础设施的定义、内涵和作用,分析了我国新一代信息基础设施建设的发展现状和存在问题,提出加强顶层设计,统筹协调推进建设;加强政府主导,发挥市场主体作用;加强体系构建,推动持续动态演进;加强先行建设,实现国家跨越发展等建议。
Speeding up the development of the information infrastructure of the new generation has important and far-reaching significance for our country to build a powerful network country, a digital China and a intelligent society. This paper summarizes the definition, connotation and function of the information infrastructure of the new generation, and analyzes the current development situation and existing problems of information infrastructure construction of the new generation in China,and some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the top-level design and promoting construction in an overall and coordinated manner, strengthening the government leading and playing the role of the main body of the market, strengthening system construction and promoting sustainable dynamic evolution, strengthening the advance construction and realizing the leap-forward development of the country.
