摘要
目的:探讨医学模拟考核命题思路和方法及其对临床教学的指导意义。方法:结合两届全国临床医学院校医学生技能大赛命题经历及临床医学特点进行总结分析。结果:命题应将如何加强临床基础、加强临床思维、加强基本操作、加强人文关怀和促进医患沟通等作为其基本思路;考题应包括:考核的内容和目的、题干、临床思维过程、设置病例场景,题干中含有核心制度、操作规范、人文关怀和医患沟通等相关内容;命题时还应注意题干要精炼,模拟操作的模型要可获得,考核操作环境要安全等事项。结论:情景医学模拟考核命题越临床越好,越丰富的临床思维越好,越客观越好。
Objective: To explore the guiding significance of medical simulation assessment proposition thinking and methods for clinical teaching. Methods: Combining twoyears of propositional experience of the National Medical College Students Clinical Skills Competition,clinical medical characteristics were summarized and analyzed. Results: Propositions should be based on how to strengthen the clinical foundation,clinical thinking,basic operations,human care and doctor-patient communication. The questions should include:content and purpose of assessment,stem,clinical thinking process and setting in the case scenario,the stem contains the core system,operational norms,human care and doctor-patient communication. The proposition should also pay attention to the refinement of the problem,the model of the simulation operation should be available,and the operation environment should be safe. Conclusions: The moreclose to the clinic,clinical thinking and objective in the competition,the better.
