摘要 经皮肾镜碎石取石术（percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL）是上尿路结石腔内微创治疗的主要方式之一,至今仍是肾鹿角形结石、大负荷肾结石等复杂性病例的首选治疗手段[1]。PCNL自问世以来便于俯卧位下施行,然而俯卧位手术存在胸腹部受压、不利麻醉监护等诸多缺陷。近年来上尿路结石的微创治疗手段飞速发展.
