摘要
分别采用混凝、活性炭吸附、化学氧化处理印染废水,确定最佳的实验条件。设计4种不同的活性炭吸附组合工艺对印染废水进行处理,结果显示,混凝—活性炭吸附的组合工艺脱色率最高达96.85%,COD去除率达96.33%;Fenton氧化和活性炭吸附的先后顺序不同,印染废水的处理效果有很大差别,Fenton氧化和活性炭吸附同时进行的工艺,COD去除率可高达93.26%,明显优于Fenton氧化—活性炭吸附的76.36%和活性炭吸附—Fenton氧化的87.12%。
Coagulation process,activated carbon adsorption and chemical oxidation methods have been used respectively for treating printing and dyeing wastewater,and the optimum experimental conditions ascertained. Four kinds of different activated carbon adsorption combined processes have been designed and used for treating printing and dyeing wastewater. The results show that the removing rate of the combined process,coagulation-activated carbon adsorption is as high as 96.85%,and COD removing rate reaches 96.33%. When the sequences of Fenton oxidation and activated carbon adsorption are different,their treatment effects on the printing and dyeing wastewater are different obviously. If the process Fenton oxidation and activate carbon adsorption are implemented simultaneously,the COD removing rate can be as high as 93.26%,which is obviously superior to Fenton oxidation-activated carbon adsorption(76.36%) and superior to activated carbon adsorption-Fenton oxidation(87.12%).
