摘要
在我国建筑行业BIM技术实现了计算机仿真、辅助设计和虚拟现实的有机结合,完成了对实际施工过程的三维建模,使三维施工模型实现了对具体施工过程的预控制和动态管理的目的。论文对BIM技术在施工阶段的应用价值和在建筑施工中的应用进行了探讨。分析了BIM技术在建筑施工中的"先试后建"的虚拟施工和优化施工管理,施工模型交付中的应用要点。
In the construction industry,BIM technology has realized the computer simulation, the combination of aided design and virtual reality, fnished to the actual construction process of 3 d modeling, the three-dimensional construction model to achieve the process of concrete construction of beforehand control and dynamic management.This paper discusses the application value of BIM technology in the construction stage and its application in the construction.The analyzes the application of BIM technology in the virtual construction and optimization of construction management and the delivery of construction model.
