儿童哮喘长期管理中肺功能检测的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究与分析儿童哮喘长期管理中肺功能检测的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的哮喘患儿50例为对象进行研究,回顾性分析其全部的临床资料,所有患儿均采用德国耶格肺功能仪进行长期管理,并定期实施肺功能检测,用以指导临床治疗。观察分析初始肺通气功能损害程度以及治疗前后肺通气功能情况。结果:本组50例患儿均存在程度不同的初始肺通气功能损伤,其中小气道肺功能参数FEF50%、MMEF%、FEF75%等对呼吸道阻力影响较大,异常率均≥78.0%;而大气道肺功能参数和FEF25%的异常率均≤30.0%。而治疗后,本组50例患儿的大气道肺功能参数和FEF25%与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小气道肺功能参数与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童哮喘长期管理中对其小气道肺功能加以检测,既能对其肺功能损害情况予以客观反映,还能用于指导和判定儿童治疗以及效果,因此值得应用推广。 Objective:To study and analyze the clinical value of pulmonary function test in the long-term management of children with asthma.Method:A total of 50 children with asthma admitted to our hospital were selected for the study.All clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were given German Jager Pulmonary Instrument for long-term management and were regularly tested for lung function,guiding clinical treatment.The degree of initial pulmonary ventilation damage and comparison of pulmonary ventilation function before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Result:50 children in this group had different degrees of initial pulmonary ventilation impairment.Among them,small airway pulmonary function parameters such as FEF50%,MMEF%,and FEF75% had a greater impact on airway resistance,and the abnormality rate was ≥78.0%.Both the parameter and the abnormality rate of FEF25% were less than or equal to 30.0%.After treatment,there were no significant differences in airway lung function parameters and FEF25% of 50 patients compared with pretreatment(P〈0.05).The airway lung function parameters were significantly different from those of before treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The detection of small airway lung function in long-term management of children with asthma can objectively reflect the impairment of lung function.It can also be used to guide and determine the treatment and effect of children.Therefore,it is worth of applying and popularizing.
