摘要
探讨自来水厂与污水处理厂的各级水处理工艺与水体中合成麝香含量之间的关系,对自来水厂与污水处理厂有效去除水体中的合成麝香具有重要意义。选择珠海市的2间自来水厂与1间污水处理厂为研究对象,采用固相微萃取-气质联用(SPME-GC/MS)技术对该3间厂各级水处理工艺流程水体中的3种合成麝香:佳乐麝香(HHCB)、吐纳麝香(AHTN)与酮麝香(MK)的浓度进行检测,分析合成麝香在各级水处理工艺中的浓度变化规律,并研究合成麝香的去除效果及其浓度变化的原因。结果表明:1)合成麝香已经存在于磨刀门水道中,在自来水厂A和B的水源水中MK的浓度最高,是主要的合成麝香;2)自来水厂的水处理工艺对合成麝香有一定的去除效果,自来水厂A和B对HHCB的去除率分别为53.98%和55.95%;对AHTN的去除率分别为57.84%和59.84%;对MK的去除率分别为85.12%和78.51%;3)这3种合成麝香在污水处理厂C中均有检出,且在该污水处理厂的整个水处理工艺流程中,HHCB浓度最高,表明该污水处理厂所收集的生活污水中的主要合成麝香为HHCB;4)污水处理厂C对HHCB、AHTN和MK的去除率分别为71.96%、73.68%和94.20%。因为合成麝香属于有机微污染物且有生物富集性等特点,研究其在自来水厂与污水处理厂中的去除规律,可以为水处理工艺有效去除水体中的合成麝香提供依据。
Two water supply plants and one wastewater treatment plant in Zhuhai City were taken as research objects. Concentrations of three synthetic musks,which are organic micropollutants and have the characteristic of bioaccumulation,in the three plants were detected with the method of Solid Phase Micro Extraction-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(SPME-GC/MS) technique. The three synthetic musks are 1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-4,6,6,7,8,8-hexamethyl-cyclopenta-[γ]-2-benzopyran(HHCB),7-acetyl-1,1,3,4,4,6-hexamethyl-1,2. 3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalene(AHTN) and 4-aceto-3,5-dimethyl-2,6-dinitro-tert-butylbenzene(MK). Their concentrations' varying laws along the water treatment processes of the three plants were analyzed,as well as the removaleffects of them and the causes for the change in concentrations. The results showed that: 1) Synthetic musks had been found in Modaomen Estuary,and MK had the highest concentration in the source water of Water Supply Plant A and B,was the major synthetic musk. 2) The water treatment processes of water supply plants had a certain removal effect on synthetic musks. The removal rates of HHCB of Water Supply Plant A and B were 53. 98% and 55. 95%,respectively; The removal rates of AHTN of Water Supply Plant A and B were 57. 84% and 59. 84%,respectively; The removal rates of MK of Water Supply Plant A and B were 85. 12% and 78. 51%,respectively. 3) The three synthetic musks were all detected in Wastewater Treatment Plant C,and HHCB had the highest concentration along all water treatment processes,which indicated that HHCB was the major synthetic musk in the raw sewage of Wastewater Treatment Plant C. 4) In Wastewater Treatment Plant C,the ultimate removal rates of HHCB,AHTN and MK were 71. 96%,73. 68% and 94. 20%,respectively.
