摘要
文章以某款车辆尾门气弹簧设计为例,从气弹簧正向设计出发,详细介绍了气弹簧的组成结构、气弹簧的特点、气弹簧的工作原理和气弹簧的布置形式,并详细论述了气弹簧安装点的位置、尾门最大开启角度以及气弹簧有效工作行程的设定,并对气弹簧最小支撑力设计计算和尾门开闭操作力设计计算进行了深入的研究分析,为以后气弹簧在新车型上正向布置设计提供借鉴。
In this paper, taking the design of a vehicle tail door air spring as an example, starting from the forward design of the gas spring, the composition structure of the gas spring, the characteristics of the air spring, the working principle of the gas spring and the arrangement form of the gas spring are introduced in detail, and the position of the installation point of the air spring, the maximum opening angle of the tail door and the air spring are discussed in detail. The design and calculation of the minimum support force of the air spring and the design and calculation of the opening and closing operating force of the tail door are deeply studied and analyzed, which can be used for reference for the forward layout design of the new type of the new type of the new type of the air spring.
