摘要
大港油田非注聚区细粉砂油藏采用精密复合筛管进行防砂,会遇到筛管堵塞影响油井产量的问题,常规的酸洗、冲砂作业解堵效果不明显。研发了集酸洗解堵和水射流解堵为一体的筛管解堵工艺,通过酸洗使地层堵塞物松动、脱落、溶解,通过水射流工具对筛管内壁进行有效清洗。对筛管水射流解堵工具喷嘴的自激振荡脉冲射流机理进行分析;运用数值分析软件Fluent建立了脉冲射流解堵数值模型,采用Standard k-ε两方程湍流模型,对筛管脉冲水射流解堵过程进行了数值模拟仿真。结果显示,在泵压相同时,设计的自激振荡喷嘴较普通射流喷嘴具有更大的射流速度和冲击力。对筛管解堵施工时需要的工作液及泵注程序进行了设计。室内试验证明,所设计的水射流工具达到解堵要求。该筛管解堵技术在现场应用中取得了良好的效果。
The comprehensive composite screens were applied in the oil wells as a sand control method in the non-polymer injection block of fine sand reservoirs in Dagang oil field,but the well production were often affected by the screen blocking.The conventional acid washing and sand washing operations produced little effect of plug removal.Therefore,a screen plug removal technology integrated with acid washing and jet flow was developed.The blockage in the formation was loosened,dropped and dissolved by acid washing,and the inner wall of the screen was cleaned effectively by jet flow tool.The mechanism of self-sustained oscillation pulsed jet of nozzle in jet flow plug removal tool is analyzed in this paper,and a numerical model of pulse jet plug removal is established by numerical analysis software Fluent.The standard k-epsilon two-equation turbulence model is used to simulate the pulse jet plug removal of the screen,and the results show that the designed self-sustained oscillation nozzle has greater jet velocity and impact pressure than the ordinary jet nozzle at the same pump pressure.The working fluid and pump injection program needed in the plug removal of screen were designed.It was proved that the designed jet flow tool met the requirements of plug removal in the laboratory test,and good effect of plug removal is obtained by the developed screen plug removal technology in application.
