摘要
森林火灾发展过程中,火行为极易在火环境的影响下突然变化,导致林火扑救安全事故的发生。因此,利用火险和火场危险地形作为扑救安全评估因子构建林火扑救安全评估模型,并通过集成传感器、嵌入式系统和掌上计算平台等开发技术,研发构成森林火灾扑救局地安全测报仪。该测报仪实现了对森林火灾扑救安全的综合评估,便于野外防火工作人员能实时测量和读出所在地区的扑救安全等级并依此制定相应的安全避险措施。该测报仪已在云南省昆明市空港经济区森林防火部、昆明市海口林场、曲靖市森林防火指挥部、曲靖市麒麟区森林防火指挥部、沾益县森林防火指挥部和弥勒市森林防火指挥部进行了推广应用并取得较好效果。
During the development of forest fires,the fire behavior is easily changed suddenly under the influence of the fire environment,leading to firefighting accidents. Therefore,fire risk and fire hazard terrain are used as fire safety assessment factors to build a forest fire rescue safety assessment model,and develop the technology to form a forest fire suppression local safety survey instrument through the integration of sensors,embedded systems and handheld computing platforms. This instrument has realized a comprehensive assessment of the fire safety of forest fires,which is convenient for field fire prevention personnel to measure and read out the level of fire safety in the area in real time and to formulate corresponding safety hedging measures accordingly. This instrument has been applied and promoted in many actual forest fire units,such as the Forest Fire Prevention Department of Kunming Aireport Economic Zone,Haikou Forestry Station,Forest Fire Prevention Headquarter of Qujing Foresy Bureau,Qilin Fire Office in Qujing Forestry Bureau and Mile Fire Office in Honghe Forestry Bureau,and achieved good results.
