翼状胬肉丝裂霉素干细胞移植降低复发率

摘要 目的探讨丝裂霉素干细胞移植术在降低翼状胬肉复发率上的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年5月—2016年5月在该院治疗的眼部翼状胬肉患者80例(102眼),将其随机分为对照组40例(56眼)和观察组40例(46眼)。给对照组患者给予翼状胬肉+干细胞移植术进行治疗,给观察组患者给予翼状胬肉+干细胞移植术+丝裂霉素进行治疗。两组患者采用不同的方法治疗后,对其治疗结果进行6~18个月的观察,观察两组患者的复发率。结果观察组治愈44眼,复发2眼,复发率4.35%;对照组治愈50眼,复发7眼,复发率12.50%。两组患者的复发率之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.329,P<0.05);并且观察组患者角膜上皮的修复的平均时间(4.01±0.09)d少于对照组(4.39±1.01)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.613,P<0.05)。结论在治疗眼科疾病的临床上,对患者给予翼状胬肉+干细胞移植术+丝裂霉素进行治疗,能够明显降低患者的复发率,还能有效促进患者的视力恢复,有较高的临床推广价值。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of mitomycin C stem cell transplantation in reducing the recurrence rate of pterygium. Methods A total of 80 cases(102 eyes) of patients with pterygium treated in this hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases(56 eyes) and an observation group of 40 cases(46 eyes). The control group was treated with pterygium + stem cell transplantation, and the observation group was treated with pterygium + stem cell transplantation + mitomycin. After two groups of patients were treated with different methods, their treatment results were observed for 6 to 18 months. The recurrence rate of the two groups of patients was observed. Results The observation group cured 44 eyes, relapsed 2 eyes, and the recurrence rate was4.35%. The control group cured 50 eyes and relapsed 7 eyes. The recurrence rate was 12.50%. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the recurrence rate(χ2=7.329, P〈0.05); and the mean time for repair of corneal epithelium in the observation group(4.01±0.09)d was less than that in the control group(4.39±1.01)d. statistically significant(t=4.613, P 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ophthalmic diseases, the treatment of patients with pterygium +stem cell transplantation + mitomycin can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of patients, but also can effectively promote the visual recovery of patients, and has a higher value of clinical promotion.
