摘要
通过对已有文献进行整理与归纳,界定了员工主动型行为的概念。基于通过开放式问卷调查收集的质性资料,采用扎根理论编码探究了员工主动型行为的结构,提炼出组织促进和个人提高两个维度,据此编制了员工主动型行为的初始量表,并通过预试和大样本检验对量表进行了修正和验证,最终得到了可靠的员工主动型行为测量工具。
By means of summarizing and extracting the literatures,this paper defines employee proactive behavior clearly.After collecting the qualitative data through open-ended questionnaire surveys,it explores the structure of employee's proactive behavior by grounded theory coding.Employee's proactive behavior consists of two dimensions,namely organizational promotion and personal improvement.Then it develops the corresponding scale on the base of the above structure.After that,it revises and validates the scale by pilot test and large sample test.Finally,it obtains the reliable scale.
