摘要 立足于金属3D打印技术体系现状,对基于ASTM F2792《增材制造技术标准术语》标准的金属3D打印技术进行归类,并对其中的粉末床融化、直接能量沉积、粘结剂喷射、材料喷射、层压共五类常见技术的原理、特征、应用范围展开探讨。"禅月3D打印云智造平台"致力于将技术体系的标准化与实际应用接轨,架设起标准化组织与终端用户的桥梁,在参与标准应用的同时,也为标准在工艺特征、应用范围上的修订完善发挥推进作用。 Based on the status quo of the metal 3D printing process categories, the metal 3D printing technology based on the standard of ASTM F2792 Standard Terminology for Additive Manufacturing Technologies is classified, and the principles, characteristics and application scope of 5 common technologies, namely, Powder Bed Fusion, Directed Energy Deposition, Binder Jetting, Material Jetting and Sheet Lamination are explored. Zen Luna 3D Printing Cloud Intelligent Manufacturing Platform is dedicated to integrating the standardization of the process categories with the practical application, setting up a bridge between the standardized organization and the end user. While participating in the standard application, it also plays an important promoting role in the standard improvement in the process features and application scope.
