摘要
目的探讨脾胃气虚证患者采用四君子汤治疗对SAS及SDS评分的影响。方法选取我院收治的186例脾胃气虚证患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(93例,消食健脾丸)与观察组(93例,消食健脾丸+四君子汤),对比两组患者的临床效果、不良反应发生率、复发率、SAS及SDS评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚证疗效显著,可以降低患者的复发率并缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Sijunzi decoction on SAS and SDS scores in patients with spleen andstomach deficiency syndrome. Methods A total of 186 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome were selectedas the study objects, and they were randomly divided into control group （93 cases, Xiaoshi Jianpi pill） and observationgroup （93 cases, Xiaoshi Jianpi pill＋Sijunzi decoction）. The clinical effects, adverse reaction rates, recurrence rates, SASand SDS scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidences of adverse reactions were not statisticallysignificant between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than thatin the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; after treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lowerthan the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome by Sijunzi decoctionis effective and can reduce the recurrence rate and relieve anxiety and depression of patients. It is worthy of clinicalpromotion and application.
