摘要
目的分析明目通窍汤结合针灸辅助治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效及对视神经功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组实施明目通窍汤结合针灸治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.60%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的P-VEP振幅均升高,P-VEP潜伏期均缩短,眼压均降低,平均光敏度均上升,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论明目通窍汤结合针灸辅助治疗原发性闭角型青光眼效果确切,能够有效降低眼压,改善视野,可保护视神经功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mingmu Tongqiao decoction combined with acupuncture in thetreatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma and its influence on optic nerve function. Methods A total of 74 primaryangle -closure glaucoma patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group andobservation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine, and the observation groupwas treated with Mingmu Tongqiao decoction combined with acupuncture. The clinical effects of the two groups werecompared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.60%, which was higher than 75.68% of thecontrol group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the P -VEP amplitude increased, P -VEP incubation periodwas shortened,intraocular pressure decreased and mean light sensitivity increased in the two groups, and those in the observation groupwere better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mingmu Tongqiao decoction combined with acupuncture in thetreatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma is effective. It can decrease intraocular pressure, improve visual field andprotect optic nerve function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
