不同掺量的苯丙乳液对砂浆力学性能影响

摘要 聚合物砂浆的强度随苯丙乳液掺量的增加而降低,当苯丙乳液掺量为3%时不影响砂浆的正常使用强度,故此掺量为聚合物砂浆中苯丙乳液的最佳掺量。不同拌和工艺对聚合物砂浆力学性能影响较大,试验采用2种不同拌和方法对比聚合物砂浆的力学性能,试验证明文中第2种拌和方法的聚合物砂浆力学性能较好。 The strength of polymer mortar decreases with the increase of the dosage of styrene acrylic emulsion. When the dosage of styrene acrylic emulsion is 3% it does not affect the normal use strength of the mortar,so the dosage is the best dosage of the styrene acrylic emulsion in the polymer mortar.The mechanical properties of polymer mortar were greatly influenced by different mixing processes.The mechanical properties of polymer mortar were compared with two different mixing methods.The test proved that the mechanical properties of the second kinds of mixing methods were better.
