摘要
With FAAS, contents of three trace elements, Zn, Cu and Fe in the extract of fetus brain were detected, and then compared with the same kind of preparations for analysis. The content of Zn (g·L×10 -3 ) was 0.237±0.052 while they were respectively 0.083±0.011 and 0.305± 0.042 for Cu and Fe. The contents of Zn and Cu were higher than those of the other 4 kinds of preparations, and the content of Fe was in the second place. It is suggested that the clinical effect of the extract of fetus brain is better than that of other 4 preparations.
