摘要
介绍了扫描电子显微镜的功能及特点,通过采用扫描电子显微镜和能谱相结合的方法,对硬质合金生产链上的主要原辅料和产品进行粉末的形貌观察、金相组织观察、金相断口观察、缺陷成分分析、涂层表面形貌分析及厚度检测等分析,为硬质合金的生产提供直观的依据,对整个生产链的机理研究、工艺研发和质量控制等提供了借鉴和指导。
On the basis of introducing the function and characteristics of scanning electron microscope (SEM), this paper analyzes the morphology, organization, defect and micro area composition of the main raw materials and products in the production chain of cemented carbide by means of the combination of SEM and energy spectrum. The research results provide an intuitive basis for the production of cemented carbide, which provides a favorable guidance for the mechanism research, process development and quality control of the whole production chain.
